The Manager, Product Management - Workforce & Intelligent Routing Data Product Manager joins the Workforce & Intelligent Routing platform team to build the intelligent data backbone for the enterprise. This role involves defining long-term strategies for how workforce data is consumed across the organization, ensuring data products serve as foundational assets rather than silos. The manager will partner with Card Data, Enterprise Data, and Technology teams to solve complex problems for diverse user groups. Key responsibilities include translating business strategy into digital products, managing publishing patterns, and overseeing ecosystem architecture. Required competencies include human-centered design, integrated problem solving, and transformational leadership. Candidates should possess a quantitative degree or three years of product management experience to support this data-driven workforce optimization initiative.
Define the long-term strategy for how workforce data is consumed across the entire organization.
Build and maintain data products that optimize the efficiency of the global workforce.
Partner with Card Data, Enterprise Data, and Technology teams to integrate data products as foundational assets.
Translate complex business strategies and technical requirements into consumer-facing digital products.
Collaborate with data engineers on publishing patterns and ecosystem architecture.
Lead high-level strategic sessions with executive stakeholders to align on product goals.
Identify and resolve complex problems to deliver outcomes while mitigating product risks.
Reimagine and innovate product solutions based on internal and external customer needs.
What we're looking for
Must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field, Business, or Marketing.
Must have a Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 3 years of Product Management experience.
Must demonstrate proficiency in human-centered design, business focus, technology-driven solutions, integrated problem solving, and transformational leadership.
Must be able to define long-term strategy and approach for workforce data consumption across the organization.
Must be able to partner with data and technology teams to build foundational data assets.
Must be able to translate technical publishing patterns and architecture for executive stakeholders.
Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products (preferred).
