As a Manager, Product Management - People Data Hub, you will join the People Data Hub team to scale a newly launched executive experience. You will be responsible for transforming complex HR data into organizational insights for senior leaders, driving deep customer engagement, and expanding experience offerings. Your daily work involves partnering closely with engineering teams to refine the data foundation and design intuitive, consumer-grade experiences that help leaders solve critical business and people objectives. You must ensure strict data security for sensitive enterprise information while leveraging strong judgment. What we're looking for
Hold a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a quantitative field, Business, Marketing, or a Bachelor's degree in any field with 3 years of Product Management experience.
Demonstrate proficiency in human-centered design to innovate product solutions based on customer needs.
Deliver game-changing outcomes by focusing on leverage and execution excellence.
Leverage technology to deliver innovative and resilient solutions for near-term and long-term value.
Identify and resolve complex problems while mitigating product risks.
