What you'll do

Lead an engineering team to design and deliver product features for internal customers and agents.

Translate business strategy and analysis into functional digital products.

What we're looking for

Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field, Business, or Marketing.
Hold a Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 3 years of Product Management experience.
Demonstrate knowledge and passion for backend products and API integrations.
Lead an engineering team to design and deliver product features for internal customers and agents.
Build and maintain a product roadmap, own the backlog, and prioritize features using qualitative and quantitative data.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to influence and advance the product agenda.
Reduce operational risks through strengthening controls and monitoring of key processes.
Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products (preferred).
