The Manager, Product Management- Rewards Loyalty will join the team to take ownership of the Rewards Ledger, which serves as the core database and system of record for the rewards customer experience. This role involves defining the roadmap for the ledger, managing the full product lifecycle from discovery through technical delivery, and translating ambiguous business needs into production-ready specifications. The manager will handle real-time rewards balances, earn records, and redemptions while ensuring system scalability, auditability, and data accuracy across millions of daily interactions. Key requirements include a strong understanding of APIs, data structures, transactional databases, and ledger systems. The position requires using Agile methodologies to solve complex technical challenges and coordinate with engineering, technical architects, and adjacent product teams to map dependencies and integrations.
Build and execute the product roadmap for the rewards ledger and database.
Manage the full product lifecycle from initial discovery through technical delivery and post-release evaluation.
Translate broad business needs and ambiguous technical challenges into concrete, production-ready product specifications.
Define requirements for real-time transaction processing, system scalability, auditability, and data accuracy.
Map dependencies and integrations with engineering, technical architects, and adjacent product teams.
Oversee the core database system of record for rewards balances, earn records, and redemptions.
Drive the development of innovative and resilient technology solutions to enhance the customer experience.
What we're looking for
Must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field, Business, Marketing, or a Bachelor's in any field with 3 years of Product Management experience.
Must have a proven ability to define whitespace, break down deliverables, and ship complex technical products using Agile methodologies.
Must possess a strong understanding of APIs, data structures, transactional databases, or ledger systems.
Must demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to take ownership of projects with minimal supervision.
Must be able to translate broad, ill-defined technical challenges into clear, actionable requirements for engineering teams.
Must manage the full product lifecycle including discovery, technical requirements, sprint execution, launch, and post-release evaluation.
Must be able to work closely with engineering, technical architects, and adjacent product teams to map dependencies and integrations.
Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products (preferred).
