Senior Manager, Product Management, AI & Data Platforms

What you'll do

• Lead and develop a team of product managers by coaching them through complex, ambiguous problem spaces.
• Define the strategy and roadmap for data products that power the enterprise GenAI platform.
• Build and launch infrastructure for data ingestion, transformation, knowledge graphs, and embedding pipelines.
• Develop GenAI-enabled features to improve data discovery, cataloging, governance, and self-service analytics.
• Establish operating rhythms and prioritization frameworks to manage a large multi-product portfolio.
• Partner with internal business units to identify customer journeys and resolve data gaps affecting GenAI outcomes.
• Collaborate with engineering leadership to launch products, measure success metrics, and refine product strategy.
• Research industry trends in lakehouse architectures and unified data stacks to inform platform development.

What we're looking for

• 6+ years of experience leading teams of technical product managers.
• At least 3 years of technical product management experience.
• 3 years of experience in software development or engineering.
• 3 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales, finance, and other stakeholders.
• Experience presenting to audiences of over 100 people across various levels and backgrounds.
• Ability to manage and prioritize roadmaps using OKR methodology across a large product portfolio.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to influence without authority.
• Master's degree in a technology or business-related field (preferred); 5+ years of technical product management (preferred).
