What we're looking for

Formal training or certification in Software Engineering concepts.
5+ years of applied experience in software engineering.
2+ years of experience leading technologists to manage and solve complex technical items.
Hands-on experience with Java-based platforms and other languages like React, Python, C#, or Golang.
Expertise in Linux and UNIX systems, including batch processing, job scheduling, and performance troubleshooting.
Experience designing and operating APIs, microservices, and event-driven messaging architectures.
Experience with high-volume transactional/batch systems and cloud-native engineering in regulated environments.
Familiarity with Gen AI, SDLC, secure development practices, and UX design for customer-facing applications.
