What you'll do

Define and execute a global manufacturing test strategy for high-volume production across international sites.
Lead a global engineering team to develop and scale rigorous testing protocols for complex mechanical, electrical, and propulsion systems.
Design, procure, and implement test infrastructure and equipment while optimizing for cost-benefit and ROI.
Integrate design-for-testability principles into the product lifecycle in collaboration with R&D and manufacturing teams.
Establish data analytics frameworks to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making and process optimization.
Develop training, documentation, and proactive maintenance strategies to ensure equipment uptime and team expertise.
Drive innovation in test methodologies focusing on automation, standardization, and operational streamlining.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing test engineering for high-volume, complex system production.
Profound expertise in testing complex electro-mechanical assemblies, advanced electrical systems, and propulsion technologies.
Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire large, diverse engineering teams.
Exceptional executive presence, communication, and stakeholder management skills to articulate technical strategies to non-technical audiences.
Strong financial acumen including experience managing large departmental budgets and strategic capital expenditures.
Familiarity with PLM, MES, and TES systems.
Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
