This position demands a U.S.-based candidate with an advanced degree in engineering and at least 5 years of relevant industry experience leading manufacturing test systems and teams.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics, Computer, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience leading manufacturing test engineering teams.
Expertise in Linux, C#, Python, and NixOS for system development.
Solid experience with PCBA/electronic assembly testing and knowledge of testing standards.
Proficiency in using electronic test equipment and strong analytical skills for root cause analysis.
Demonstrated ability to lead the development of manufacturing test systems and teams.
Familiarity with various hardware communication protocols and HASS & ESS-related testing.
