What you'll do

Direct the manufacturing software test engineering team, setting objectives and guiding initiatives.
Architect and oversee the manufacturing software test strategy for each product to ensure scalable operations.
Evaluate test data to identify opportunities for product and process enhancements.
Lead procurement and implementation of new test equipment with cost-benefit analysis.
Champion initiatives enhancing safety, reducing costs, improving quality, and increasing productivity through testing.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics, Computer, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
At least 5 years of experience leading manufacturing test engineering teams.
Expertise in Linux, C#, Python, and NixOS for software development.
Solid experience with PCBA/electronic assembly testing and knowledge of testing standards.
Strong analytical skills for root cause analysis of non-conforming hardware issues.
Experience managing projects integrating electrical, mechanical, and software/firmware systems.
Proficiency in using electronic test equipment and familiarity with various communication protocols.
