What you'll do

What we're looking for

7+ years of experience in manufacturing or design of electromechanical hardware.
At least 3 years of direct team leadership with proven success in managing through aggressive timelines and resource constraints.
Hands-on technical background, including building, debugging, or repairing hardware in a production environment.
Strong passion for manufacturing and commitment to continuous improvement practices.
U.S. Secret security clearance required.
Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams such as Design, Quality, and Supply Chain.
