Manager, Internal Product Analytics

What you'll do

• Manage, coach, and develop a team of data analysts to ensure high-quality output for the Product organization.
• Partner with product managers to frame key questions and translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Own recurring analytics such as business reviews, feature requests, usage tracking, and pricing analysis.
• Design and ship AI-powered workflows and agents to automate data querying, synthesis, and reporting.
• Collaborate with Finance, Engineering, and Data teams to align on definitions and source accurate data.
• Present clear, evidence-based insights from product and financial data to senior leadership.
• Establish and maintain standardized metrics and analytical frameworks as the single source of truth for the organization.

What we're looking for

• 6+ years of experience in product analytics, data analytics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience managing or leading a team.
• Proven ability to partner with product managers and cross-functional teams like Finance, Engineering, and Data.
• Fluency in SQL and proficiency with modern data warehouse and BI tooling.
• Hands-on experience building or deploying AI-powered workflows, agents, or tools for analysis.
• Experience presenting complex data and insights to senior leadership at the VP+ level.
• Experience supporting a product management organization (preferred).
• Familiarity with the modern data stack, CRM systems, and financial/revenue data (preferred).
