Manager II, Analytics - Financial Operations

What you'll do

• Manage a team of developer analysts to create and enhance actionable financial analytics.
• Own the full lifecycle of operational metrics from initial KPI design to dashboard deployment.
• Use predictive modeling to conduct scenario analysis for various business strategies.
• Drive automation efforts using AI and data science tools to improve reporting accuracy.
• Act as the primary liaison between business leaders and technical teams to prioritize high-return projects.
• Manage data privacy protocols to ensure sensitive financial information is only accessible to authorized users.
• Lead the transition from static charts to interactive AI assistants for complex financial inquiries.
• Oversee the department's intake engine to prioritize and assign incoming data requests based on business value.

What we're looking for

• 6+ years of work experience in finance analytics, data analytics, or a similar field.
• Experience managing global teams.
• Proficiency in SQL and Tableau.
• Proficiency in Jira, Asana, Excel, and G-Suite.
• Project Management and Change Management skills.
• Master's degree in a related field (preferred).
• Experience in Oracle Analytics Services, Fusion Reporting, Ramp, or Python (preferred).
