What we're looking for
You have 5-10 years of experience researching and developing documentation for technical topics like databases, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and security monitoring.
You have 2-5 years of experience managing a small team of technical writers and coaching their performance.
You must provide publicly available technical writing samples.
You are comfortable reading at least two programming languages such as Ruby, Python, Go, or bash.
You have experience with documentation as code and familiarity with Git/GitHub and CI/CD tooling.
You are familiar with modern infrastructure including IaaS cloud services and containers.
You can collaborate with product managers, developers, and subject matter experts to create robust technical content.
