What you'll do

  • Support GPU and networking products through design-in, integration readiness, and production ramp execution.
  • Provide onsite technical support to debug hardware, firmware, software, networking, and system integration issues.
  • Lead products through design-in, NPI, rack integration, validation, and lifecycle transitions.
  • Identify customer architectures and product requirements in the CSP/ODM AI market to implement NVIDIA solutions.
  • Develop technical solutions including hardware and software demos and example system builds.
  • Provide technical enablement to internal teams, account teams, and partner-facing stakeholders.
  • Establish and nurture technical relationships with partner engineering teams and internal stakeholders.

What we're looking for

  • BS or MS in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in system design, datacenter deployment, manufacturing support, technical customer support, or ODM/partner integration.
  • Experience supporting integration, validation, or production ramp of complex datacenter systems.
  • Familiarity with server, rack, GPU, networking, storage, power, thermal, cabling, firmware, BMC, and Linux-based debug workflows.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
  • Expert analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with ARM and NVIDIA GPU development (preferred).
  • Proficiency in C/C++ and Python programming (preferred).
