What you'll do

Manage daily operations of the central utility plant, gas farm, chemical systems, and wastewater treatment infrastructure.
Oversee high-purity gas and chemical procurement, storage, distribution, and delivery systems to ensure uninterrupted production.
Maintain critical building and environmental systems including HVAC, power distribution, plumbing, and exhaust for cleanroom conditions.
Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules, operational procedures, safety training, and emergency response plans.
Lead, coach, and manage a team of facility technicians and operators in a high-reliability environment.
Troubleshoot issues and integrate new processes with production, machine maintenance, and EHS teams.
Track and optimize key performance metrics including system uptime, utility costs, and environmental compliance.
Ensure regulatory compliance with OSHA, EPA, NFPA, and local codes while improving cost efficiency.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in engineering or STEM discipline, or 5+ years of experience leading facilities/utilities operations.
3+ years of experience working in a manufacturing or operations environment.
2+ years of experience in a leadership position.
Experience managing central utility plants, gas/chemical systems, and general facilities.
Knowledge of building systems including HVAC, electrical, pneumatic, and industrial automation like SCADA and PLC programming.
Experience with environmental permitting, sustainability initiatives, and regulatory compliance (OSHA, EPA, NFPA).
Ability to work in industrial environments involving hazardous chemicals, fumes, noise, and confined spaces.
Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or eligible for required export control authorizations.
