What you'll do

Provide statistical expertise for drug discovery, target identification, and clinical biomarker exploration.
Design, analyze, and report multi-dimensional biomarker data from early discovery to late-stage clinical development.
Develop biomarker sections of clinical trial protocols and corresponding analysis plans.
Identify markers and signatures from omics, imaging, and other high-dimensional data for patient stratification.
Perform statistical analyses independently while identifying and resolving issues in study designs.
Evaluate software suitability and develop novel statistical methodologies for scientific investigations.
Present complex statistical results clearly to non-statisticians and collaborate on the publication of research.

What we're looking for

MS with 6+ years of experience or PhD with 2+ years of experience in Statistics, Biostatistics, or a related field.
Experience with pharmaceutical, clinical trial, and/or healthcare statistics.
Experience in clinical biomarker modeling and analysis.
Experience with Machine Learning, AI, and predictive modeling.
Experience working on discovery or pre-clinical studies.
Ability to integrate high dimensional data while managing overfitting and multiple testing control methods.
High degree of technical competence and effective oral and written communication skills.
Ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional partners to drive innovation.
