Statistician

What you'll do

• Design and apply statistical models and algorithms to analyze complex datasets for actionable insights.
• Conduct multivariate analysis, regression analysis, and inferential methods to support business objectives.
• Develop predictive models and advanced analytics to optimize products, services, and processes.
• Create high-quality data visualizations, dashboards, and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Research and implement new statistical methods, machine learning frameworks, and data science techniques.
• Integrate internal and external data to test concepts and evaluate market opportunities.
• Provide technical consultation on engineering methodologies, experimental design, and data integrity management.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field with 6+ years of experience.
• Master's degree with 4+ years of experience.
• PhD with 2+ years of experience.
• Expertise in statistical techniques including regression analysis, multivariate analysis, and predictive modeling.
• Experience with big data analysis tools, data validation methods, and data normalization techniques.
• Ability to work with data structures, perform data cleansing, and ensure data quality.
• Proficiency in statistical programming languages like Python or R and visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI (preferred).
• Knowledge of machine learning frameworks, Statistical Process Control, and business intelligence solutions (preferred).
