Statistician

What you'll do

• Design and apply statistical models and algorithms to analyze complex datasets and uncover actionable insights.
• Conduct multivariate analysis, regression analysis, and inferential methods to support specific business objectives.
• Develop predictive models and advanced analytics to optimize products, services, and internal processes.
• Create high-quality data visualizations, dashboards, and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Integrate internal and external data to test concepts, evaluate markets, and identify growth opportunities.
• Research and implement new statistical methods, data science techniques, and machine learning frameworks.
• Provide statistical support and consult on experimental design for engineers, managers, and technicians.
• Manage data integrity by performing data cleansing, validation, and normalization across various projects.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field with 6+ years of experience.
• Master's degree with 4+ years of experience.
• PhD with 2+ years of experience.
• Expertise in statistical techniques such as regression analysis, multivariate analysis, and predictive modeling.
• Experience working with big data analysis tools, data validation methods, and data normalization techniques.
• Strong ability to work with data structures, perform data cleansing, and ensure data quality.
• Experience with business intelligence solutions and reporting tools (preferred).
• Knowledge of Statistical Process Control, machine learning frameworks, and proficiency in Python, R, Tableau, or Power BI (preferred).
