Manager Engineering Technical Support, Level 2

What you'll do

• Lead a hands-on manufacturing team responsible for antenna development, integration, build, and test from prototype through production.
• Use performance data like yield, cycle time, and defect trends to improve processes and standardize work.
• Provide strategic solutions for staffing, work assignments, coaching, and performance management for technicians.
• Manage costs, schedules, quality performance, and shopload while providing dotted line supervision of support groups.
• Oversee daily technical support for antenna hardware, electronics, radomes, wings, and machine shop support.
• Partner with RF, design, test, quality, and supply chain teams to execute flight and IRAD hardware projects.

What we're looking for

• Active SCI clearance is required at the time of application.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Bachelor’s degree with professional experience, Master’s degree with professional experience, or experience in lieu of a degree.
• 3+ years of experience supporting RF or antenna hardware or antenna electronics in development or production environments.
• Experience supporting hands-on onsite work in lab and manufacturing settings.
• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (preferred).
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in antenna development, antenna electronics, or RF hardware support (preferred).
• Experience with phased-array antennas, beamforming ICs, control buses, and embedded firmware interfaces (preferred).
