Manager Engineering Technical Support, Level 1

What you'll do

• Lead a hands-on manufacturing team responsible for antenna development, integration, build, and test.
• Manage technician staffing, work assignments, coaching, and performance management.
• Use performance data like yield and cycle time to improve processes and standardize work.
• Oversee daily technical support for antenna hardware, electronics, and machine shop support.
• Partner with RF, design, quality, and supply chain teams to execute hardware projects.
• Support hands-on onsite work in laboratory and manufacturing settings.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree with professional experience, Master’s degree with professional experience, or experience in lieu of a degree.
• 3+ years of experience supporting RF or antenna hardware or antenna electronics in development or production environments.
• Ability to support hands-on onsite work in lab and manufacturing settings.
• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (preferred).
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in antenna development, antenna electronics, or RF hardware support (preferred).
• Experience with phased-array antennas, beamforming ICs, control buses, and embedded firmware interfaces (preferred).
• Active clearance, or ability to obtain one, if required for the role (preferred).
• U.S. Citizenship.
