The Manager, Engagement.ai for Medical joins the Innovative Medicine team to support the end-to-end development of customer engagement solutions. This role serves as the product owner for advanced analytics and AI/ML solutions supporting medical field engagement across personal and digital channels. The individual will lead projects with medical affairs teams, build scalable analytics solutions, and establish measurement frameworks including dashboarding and A/B testing. Key responsibilities include managing contractors, fostering cross-functional relationships, and navigating compliance and privacy standards. Required technical skills include proficiency in machine learning techniques such as supervised, unsupervised, and deep learning, along with data extraction using SQL and statistical analysis in Python or R. The role addresses the business problem of driving precise medical engagement to improve patient care in areas like Neuroscience and Oncology.
Serve as the product owner and single point of contact for AI/ML solutions supporting medical field engagement.
Lead day-to-day projects and relationships with leadership, medical affairs teams, and internal organizational partners.
Identify unmet needs and proactively find innovation opportunities to support medical affairs strategy.
Build scalable analytics solutions in partnership with Data Engineering and Data Science teams.
Establish measurement frameworks including critical metric tracking, dashboarding, and A/B testing to determine program impact.
Manage and prioritize product enhancements and operations across teams of contractors and internal partners.
Collaborate with compliance, privacy, and regulatory partners to advocate for new ways of thinking regarding analytics.
What we're looking for
A minimum of a Bachelor Degree is required.
A Master Degree is preferred (preferred).
A minimum of 5 years of relevant business experience in marketing, finance, analytics, management consulting, or a related field is required.
Proficiency in machine learning techniques, including supervised, unsupervised, and deep learning, is required.
Skilled in data extraction and summarization from large datasets using SQL and basic statistical analysis using Python, SQL, or R is required.
Experience supporting medical affairs organizations is preferred (preferred).
Knowledge of informing field and digital engagement as well as Neuroscience and/or Oncology experience is preferred (preferred).
Ability to influence decision-making at leadership levels and demonstrate expertise in designing and delivering analytics and AI solutions is required.
