Engagement Manager, AI Deployment

What you'll do

• Own the entire AI deployment lifecycle including use case design, technical setup, and user acceptance testing.
• Lead hands-on workshops with customers to align on technical specifications, model configurations, and integration architecture.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers to manage deliverables and mitigate project risks.
• Provide clear and consistent communication regarding project status to all stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Improve and refine standardized AI deployment playbooks to ensure high-quality, consistent results.
• Influence the product roadmap by advocating for customer-centric requirements and evolving features.
• Collaborate with marketing, data engineering, and data science teams on architectural and machine learning designs.

What we're looking for

• You must have 5-7 years of experience in project management, consulting, or professional services.
• You must hold a bachelor's degree in a technical field.
• An advanced degree such as an MBA or MS is preferred.
• You must have significant experience managing technical projects from start to finish.
• You must possess hands-on technical experience regarding architectural and machine learning design at a conceptual level.
• You must be able to lead workshops with senior-level stakeholders and manage complex project lifecycles.
• You must be able to communicate clearly and persuasively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
