What you'll do

  • Drive the architecture and implementation of cloud infrastructure solutions on AWS or GCP.
  • Design, deploy, and manage large-scale Kubernetes clusters supporting high-volume workloads.
  • Set DevOps strategies, standards, and best practices to promote automation and operational maturity.
  • Build and optimize end-to-end CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and security validation.
  • Establish and enforce Infrastructure-as-Code frameworks using Terraform or CloudFormation.
  • Implement comprehensive monitoring, logging, and alerting platforms like Prometheus and Grafana.
  • Lead operational reviews, incident analysis, and resilience strategies for mission-critical services.
  • Manage and mentor DevOps engineers to foster a culture of technical excellence.

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Architecture, Site Reliability Engineering, or related fields.
  • 3+ years of experience managing and developing engineering teams.
  • Deep, hands-on expertise in AWS services including EC2, EKS, IAM, S3, RDS, and Lambda.
  • Proven experience running production-grade Kubernetes environments at scale.
  • Strong proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash and Python.
  • Proficiency with configuration management tools like Ansible.
  • Solid understanding of networking, security best practices, containerization, and cloud automation.
  • Experience establishing Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) frameworks using Terraform or CloudFormation.
