What you'll do

Mine data to extract specific and crucial information for the organization.
Identify and implement process, data, and reporting improvements.
Work with large and complex databases containing millions or billions of records.
Conduct analysis to evaluate processes, tests, and product offerings.
Consult on the design and implementation of new production and data storage systems.
Develop and implement strategic tests for products, initiatives, and marketing materials.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of junior analysts.
Build and use models to test and validate data.

What we're looking for

Must have a Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field plus 6 years of data analytics experience, or a Master’s degree plus 4 years.
Must have at least 4 years of experience performing professional data analysis work.
Must have at least 4 years of experience performing programming.
Master’s Degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics discipline (preferred).
At least 7 years of professional data analysis work experience (preferred).
At least 4 years of experience with Python, R, Spark, or SQL (preferred).
At least 1 year of experience in people management (preferred).
At least 1 year of experience in project management (preferred).
