What you'll do

Mine large and complex databases containing millions or billions of records to extract crucial information.
Build and use models to test and validate data for organizational strategy.
Identify and implement improvements for processes, data quality, and reporting systems.
Analyze product offerings and conduct tests on marketing materials and initiatives.
Consult on the design and implementation of new production and data storage systems.
Manage, mentor, and develop a team of junior analysts to advance their careers.
Improve operational efficiencies and effectiveness through rigorous data analysis.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field and at least 6 years of data analytics experience, or a Master's degree and at least 4 years of experience.
At least 4 years of experience performing professional data analysis work.
At least 4 years of experience performing programming.
A Master’s Degree in a STEM discipline (preferred).
At least 7 years of professional data analysis work experience (preferred).
At least 4 years of experience with Python, R, Spark, or SQL (preferred).
At least 1 year of experience in people management (preferred).
At least 1 year of experience in project management and Tableau, and proficiency in AWS (preferred).
