  • Track and report on individual and team metrics focusing on lead quality and revenue impact.
  • Analyze metrics and reporting to identify bottlenecks and implement process enhancements.

What we're looking for

  • Demonstrated experience managing or leading outbound sales professionals in a high-growth SaaS environment.
  • Deep understanding of the SAARC business ecosystem and localized buying behaviors.
  • Proven track record of meeting pipeline generation and quota objectives using modern prospecting methodologies.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience building productive partnerships across Sales, Marketing, and Enablement teams.
  • Proficiency in sales technology stacks (e.g., Salesforce) and data analysis for performance evaluation and process refinement.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and situational coaching abilities.
