What you'll do

  • Manage all scheduling efforts and maintain schedule baselines for programs.
  • Provide daily support, guidance, and troubleshooting to site schedulers.
  • Ensure full compliance with corporate and sector scheduling processes and procedures.
  • Support internal and external surveillance audits related to program schedules.
  • Advise business managers on integrating project schedules with Earned Value Management.
  • Attend site business management meetings to define schedule needs and allocate resources.
  • Assist in evaluating goals and objectives for site schedulers within the organization.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher with 8 years of related experience or Master’s degree with 6 years of experience.
  • Strong understanding of project management and earned-value management principles applied to complex projects.
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs including MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Experience using Schedule Health Analysis and Monte Carlo schedule risk assessment tools.
  • Ability to travel domestically up to 10% of the time.
  • US Citizenship required with ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance.
