What you'll do

Develop and improve machine learning models for search, ranking, and recommendation systems.
Process large-scale structured and unstructured data to build production-ready ML pipelines.
Productionize and operate batch and real-time machine learning models at scale.
Build reusable, high-performing machine learning systems using internal and third-party tools.
Identify business opportunities and prioritize requirements for machine learning model development.

Implement advanced techniques in NLP, computer vision, and personalization to enhance user experience.

What we're looking for

A Ph.D. in ML/AI or a B.S./M.S. degree with at least 2 years of industry experience in applied ML/AI.
Strong programming skills in Scala, Python, Java, C++, or equivalent languages.
Strong data engineering skills.
Deep understanding of machine learning best practices, algorithms (neural networks, deep learning), and relevant domains like NLP or computer vision.
Exposure to at least three of the following: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Kubernetes, Spark, Airflow, Kafka, or Hive.
Experience with architectural patterns for large, high-scale software applications including APIs and high-volume data pipelines.
Proven ability to select appropriate ML methods to solve problems within constraints while balancing exploration and exploitation.
Ability to build impactful solutions while leading multiple directions across various teams and organizations.
