Identify business opportunities and prioritize requirements for machine learning models with cross-functional partners.
Quantify the impact of machine learning solutions and drive engineering decisions for the search ranking product stack.

What we're looking for

5+ years of industry experience in applied Machine Learning.
MS or PhD in relevant fields.
Strong programming skills in Scala, Python, Java, C++, or equivalent.
Deep understanding of Machine Learning best practices, algorithms, and domains like NLP, personalization, and search.
Experience with 3 or more of these technologies: Tensorflow, PyTorch, Kubernetes, Spark, Airflow, Kafka, or Hive.
Industry experience building end-to-end Machine Learning models.
Experience applying large language models and modern NLP for tasks like sequence tagging, text generation, or intent classification.
Familiarity with building natural-language, AI-native and agentic search experiences (preferred).
