As a Machine Learning Engineer, AI Platform, you will join the Community Support Products Machine Learning team to drive CSxAI initiatives by adopting Generative AI technologies for scalable service experiences. You will be responsible for developing and enhancing various AI models, ML services, and tools including LLM fine-tuning, optimization, RAG/Search, evaluation, testing automation, feedback-based learning, and guardrails.
