As a Machine Learning & AI Engineer – Managing Consultant, you will own a workstream end-to-end by translating ambiguous business needs into concrete technical designs and plans. You are responsible for the quality and correctness of your workstream, making architectural decisions based on performance trade-offs while ensuring long-term maintainability through defined tests and validation checks. Your daily tasks involve designing AI-accelerated workflows, determining where to integrate modern LLM tooling, and mentoring junior engineers through code reviews and guidance. You will engage directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and communicate actionable insights from machine learning initiatives. The role requires proficiency in choosing ML methods, interpreting data, and managing technical implementations to solve specific business problems while providing clear recommendations to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
