Machine Learning & AI Engineer, Managing Consultant

What you'll do

• Translate ambiguous business needs into concrete technical approaches and ML/AI architectures.
• Own a workstream end-to-end by managing risks, dependencies, and on-time delivery.
• Design maintainable solutions with defined tests, validations, and quality checks.
• Integrate modern AI and LLM tooling into workflows to achieve repeatable results.
• Mentor junior engineers by reviewing their work and helping them overcome technical blockers.
• Engage directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and report progress.
• Communicate machine learning results to stakeholders as actionable insights and recommendations.

What we're looking for

• Master's Degree (preferred)
• Strong software engineering skills to design maintainable solutions and manage version control workflows.
• Experience in end-to-end ML/AI delivery from ambiguous problems to delivered solutions.
• Ability to use modern AI tooling and LLM/agentic tools to accelerate team work.
• Experience mentoring or reviewing the work of other engineers.
• Ability to communicate technical trade-offs and results to business stakeholders.
