Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning Engineer

What you'll do

• Design, train, test, and deploy end-to-end AI/ML systems for production environments.
• Architect and manage machine learning pipelines using modern MLOps practices.
• Select and implement the best-fit algorithms to solve mission-critical problems.
• Train and optimize AI/ML algorithms across high-throughput text, image, or video data feeds.
• Integrate production-grade models into operational systems using tools like Docker or Kubernetes.
• Develop ML-enabled software components such as RESTful APIs and real-time inference pipelines.
• Provide technical leadership to guide clients through the landscape of AI/ML tools and strategies.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years of experience as an Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning Engineer or Advanced Data Scientist.
• Secret clearance is required.
• Experience deploying and integrating production-grade AI/ML models using Docker or Kubernetes.
• Experience with LLMs, Deep Learning, or Reinforcement Learning algorithms and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, vLLM, and Ollama.
• Knowledge of MLOps principles and implementing machine learning algorithms in operational systems.
• Ability to train, optimize, and integrate AI/ML algorithms across high throughput text, image, or video data feeds.
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS/Azure), RESTful APIs, microservices, or agentic AI frameworks is preferred.
