JOB TITLE: Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning Engineer
As an Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning Engineer, you will join a team of machine learning engineers to design, train, test, deploy, and maintain end-to-end AI/ML systems. You will own the direction of mission-critical solutions by selecting best-fit algorithms, architecting pipelines, and applying MLOps practices. Your daily work involves collaborating with data engineers and software engineers to integrate algorithms into operational systems for the Defense sector. You will utilize technologies including TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, vLLM, Ollama, and ONNX. The role requires expertise in Large Language Models, Deep Learning, and Reinforcement Learning to process text, image, or video data feeds. You must possess a Secret clearance and the ability to build production-grade software components like RESTful APIs or real-time inference pipelines.
Design, train, test, deploy, and maintain end-to-end AI/ML systems for production environments.
Select best-fit algorithms and architect robust AI/ML pipelines for mission-critical solutions.
Apply modern MLOps practices to integrate machine learning algorithms into operational systems.
Train and optimize AI/ML algorithms across text, image, and video data feeds.
Develop production-quality ML-enabled software components like RESTful APIs and real-time inference pipelines.
Integrate agent-based systems and emerging agentic AI frameworks into production environments.
Provide technical leadership to guide clients on AI/ML tools, frameworks, and operational strategies.
What we're looking for
3+ years of experience as an artificial intelligence or machine learning engineer or data scientist.
Experience with LLMs, Deep Learning, or Reinforcement Learning algorithms and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, vLLM, Ollama, or ONNX.
Knowledge of MLOps principles and implementing machine learning algorithms in production environments.
Ability to train, optimize, and integrate AI/ML algorithms across text, image, or video data feeds.
Experience deploying production-grade AI/ML models using Docker or Kubernetes (preferred).
Experience with AWS, Azure, RESTful APIs, microservices, agentic AI frameworks, TS/SCI clearance, or a Master's degree (preferred).
