Liquefied Natural Gas Process/Project Engineer

What you'll do

• Provide engineering and project management support for methane liquefaction systems and natural gas pipeline installations.
• Coordinate with EPC firms on the design and construction of infrastructure projects.
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors to ensure core equipment meets quality, safety, and performance standards.
• Oversee project execution from concept to commissioning through progress reviews and site visits.
• Apply liquefaction process knowledge to optimize designs and evaluate contractor proposals.
• Ensure all activities comply with safety protocols, environmental standards, and industry best practices.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in chemical, mechanical, or petroleum engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in LNG processing, cryogenics, or the natural gas industry.
• Strong understanding of cryogenic thermodynamics, heat exchangers, compressors, and expanders.
• Familiarity with process simulation tools such as Aspen, HYSYS, or ProMax.
• Knowledge of applicable codes and standards for LNG and pipeline design.
• Ability to work in extreme outdoor environments, at heights up to 500ft, and in confined spaces.
• Capability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs and operating heavy equipment.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or eligible for required export control authorizations.
