What you'll do

Act as an internal technical consultant to help Lifecycle Marketing teams leverage tools and technology capabilities.
Identify, scope, and prioritize technical and data needs for Lifecycle Marketing across select lines of business.
Partner with Product and Engineering teams to articulate and clarify technical requirements.
Contribute to product definition and requirement documentation to ensure outputs meet expectations.
Create documentation for use by development and operations specialists on the Lifecycle Marketing team.
Provide communication, evangelism, and training on new tools, features, and capabilities.
Facilitate acceptance criteria and other technical details with engineering teams.

What we're looking for

3+ years of experience in technical project management with a focus on marketing technology, tools, and platforms.
Knowledge of digital marketing channels and associated tech competencies such as HTML, CSS, SQL, and scripting languages.
Ability to work with engineering teams to facilitate acceptance criteria and other technical details.
Proven track record of effective time and project management to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
Ability to collaborate with remote teams.
Previous digital or lifecycle marketing experience (preferred).
Previous finance or tech industry experience (preferred).
Product management experience (preferred).
Prior experience with Braze, Sparkpost, Datagrip, Athena, Amplitude, or M-particle (preferred).
