Learning Systems Architect

The Learning Systems Architect provides strategic and tactical advice while developing learning solutions on cloud-based technologies and learning management systems to support evolving training requirements. This role involves solving complex problems, mentoring team members, and working independently to deliver technical expertise in a professional services environment. The successful candidate will conduct technology-based needs assessments, gather and document technical requirements, and manage system build activities including data migration, testing, and deployment. Key skills include experience with LMS, HRIS, or TMS platforms for SaaS products, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and Agile methodologies. The role focuses on the technical implementation of learning systems within a government context, requiring the ability to translate information into insights while managing client relationships. Candidates must be able to obtain a Secret clearance to work with classified information.
