As a Learning Platform Developer, you will support learning technology and digital transformation initiatives for government clients. You will design, configure, implement, and optimize cloud-based Learning Management Systems (LMS), Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), and Talent Management Systems (TMS) to improve workforce readiness and organizational performance. Your daily responsibilities include leading end-to-end implementations, configuring workflows and permissions, designing low-code/no-code solutions, and developing integrations using APIs, web services, and middleware. You will translate business requirements into technical solutions while managing data migrations, testing, and deployment within Agile teams. The role requires proficiency in SaaS platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform, ServiceNow, Cornerstone OnDemand, or Salesforce. This position focuses on modernizing legacy processes and enhancing reporting capabilities to solve complex workforce development challenges through advanced automation and integrated enterprise systems.
Lead end-to-end implementation and configuration of enterprise LMS, HRIS, and Talent Management platforms.
Configure system workflows, permissions, user roles, dashboards, and reporting capabilities.
Design and implement low-code/no-code solutions to automate manual processes and improve efficiency.
Develop integrations between enterprise systems using APIs, web services, middleware, and automation tools.
Conduct requirements gathering workshops to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
Manage data migration, validation, testing, deployment, and change management activities.
Build and maintain staging, testing, and production environments while managing release processes.
Analyze system performance and user adoption metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
What we're looking for
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
3+ years of experience implementing and configuring enterprise LMS, HRIS, or talent management systems in a cloud-based environment.
Experience leading system implementation activities including configuration, testing, deployment, data migration, and user training.
Experience developing applications, workflows, automations, or integrations using low-code/no-code and SaaS platforms like Microsoft Power Platform, ServiceNow, Cornerstone OnDemand, or Salesforce.
Experience conducting requirements gathering, business process analysis, and technical solution design.
Experience supporting digital transformation, process modernization, or enterprise technology adoption initiatives.
Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
Experience delivering professional services to the federal government (preferred).
Experience integrating SaaS platforms using APIs, web services, middleware, or automation tools (preferred).
Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Education, or Instructional Technology (preferred).
