As a Learning Platform Experience Designer, you will support learning technology and digital transformation initiatives for government clients. You will design, configure, implement, and optimize cloud-based Learning Management Systems (LMS), Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), and Talent Management Systems (TMS) to improve workforce readiness and organizational performance. Your daily responsibilities include translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions, managing data migrations, conducting requirements gathering workshops, and building staging and production environments within Agile teams. You will utilize low-code/no-code platforms, SaaS technologies like Microsoft Power Platform, ServiceNow, Cornerstone OnDemand, Salesforce, and Adobe Creative Cloud, alongside APIs, web services, and middleware for system integrations. This role focuses on modernizing legacy processes and automating manual workflows to enhance reporting, analytics, and user experience within the specialized domain of enterprise workforce modernization and learning technology.
Lead the end-to-end implementation and configuration of enterprise LMS, HRIS, and Talent Management platforms.
Configure system workflows, permissions, user roles, dashboards, and reporting capabilities for business processes.
Design and implement low-code/no-code solutions to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency.
Develop integrations between enterprise systems using APIs, web services, middleware, and automation platforms.
Conduct requirements gathering workshops to translate stakeholder business needs into scalable technical solutions.
Manage data migration, validation, testing, deployment, and change management activities for new technologies.
Build and maintain staging, testing, and production environments while supporting release management processes.
Analyze system performance and user adoption metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
What we're looking for
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
3+ years of experience building and deploying training in an enterprise LMS, HRIS, or talent management systems in a cloud-based environment.
Experience using low-code/no-code and SaaS platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform, ServiceNow, Cornerstone OnDemand, Salesforce, or Adobe Creative Cloud.
Experience conducting requirements gathering, business process analysis, and technical solution design to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Experience supporting digital transformation, process modernization, or enterprise technology adoption initiatives.
Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Education, or Instructional Technology (preferred); Project Management Certification (preferred).
