Power Platform Developer
As a low-code/no-code solution engineer, you will support the management of development platforms from vision to production-ready status while solving complex client challenges. You will act as a trusted advisor, translating IT needs into actionable plans by crafting architectural patterns, design standards, and implementation best practices. Your daily work involves developing custom PowerApps applications, designing and implementing Power BI dashboards, and creating cloud, desktop, or business process flows using Microsoft Flow and Power Automate. To achieve these goals, you will utilize connectors, gateways, Office 365 integrations, SharePoint, Dataverse, and REST APIs. You will also leverage your knowledge of programming languages and databases to automate and accelerate cloud modernization while reducing system maintenance costs. This role focuses on creating user-friendly solutions within a low-code environment to improve the digital landscape for clients.
Develop low-code and no-code solutions using the Power Platform to solve complex client challenges.
Manage Power Platform environments including connectors, gateways, and Office 365 integrations.
Build automated workflows using Microsoft Flow and Power Automate for cloud modernization.
Design and implement Power BI dashboards and business process flows.
Develop custom PowerApps applications integrated with SharePoint, Dataverse, or REST APIs.
Act as a trusted advisor to translate client IT needs into architectural patterns and design standards.
Identify new techniques to automate processes and reduce system maintenance costs.
What we're looking for
3+ years of experience with Power Platform environmental data sourcing and management components including connectors, gateways, and Office 365 integrations.
3+ years of experience using Microsoft Flow and Power Automate.
3+ years of experience designing and implementing Power BI dashboards, Power Automate, Cloud flows, desktop flows, or business process flows.
2+ years of experience developing custom PowerApps applications.
2+ years of experience integrating apps with SharePoint, Dataverse, or REST APIs.
Public Trust determination is required.
An Associate's degree and 6+ years of experience in IT consulting, systems implementation, or transformation, or a Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of experience.
Experience with software development, object-oriented programming, team leadership, and communication skills (preferred).
