JOB TITLE: Power Platform Developer
As a low-code/no-code solution engineer, you will support the management of development platforms from vision to production-ready status. You will work cross-collaboratively to identify new techniques, improve the digital environment, and develop creative solutions to automate cloud modernization while reducing system maintenance and development costs. Your daily responsibilities include translating IT needs into architectural patterns, design standards, and implementation best practices. You will build custom PowerApps applications and design Power BI dashboards, cloud flows, desktop flows, or business process flows. Required technical skills include Microsoft Flow, Power Automate, SharePoint, Dataverse, and REST APIs. You must also manage environmental data sourcing components like connectors and gateways. This role solves complex challenges by integrating apps and providing software support to improve client systems.
Develop and manage low-code/no-code platforms from initial vision to production-ready status.
Design and implement Power BI dashboards, Power Automate cloud flows, and desktop flows.
Build custom PowerApps applications integrated with SharePoint, Dataverse, or REST APIs.
Manage Power Platform environmental data sourcing, including connectors, gateways, and Office 365 integrations.

What we're looking for
4+ years of experience with Power Platform environmental data sourcing, connectors, gateways, and Office 365 integrations.
4+ years of experience using Microsoft Flow and Power Automate.
4+ years of experience designing and implementing Power BI dashboards, Cloud flows, desktop flows, or business process flows.
2+ years of experience developing custom PowerApps applications.
2+ years of experience integrating apps with SharePoint, Dataverse, or REST APIs.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination.
Associate's degree and 6+ years of experience with IT consulting, systems implementation, or transformation, or Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of experience.
1+ years of experience in software development with foundational programming languages and web development (preferred).
