As a Lead Technical Program Manager - Infrastructure Projects within the Corporate Sector - Infrastructure Platforms - Data and Specialty Services team, you will drive the delivery of complex technology projects to meet firm-wide business goals. You will develop comprehensive project plans, manage resources and budgets, and lead high-performing teams through technical initiatives. Your daily work involves identifying risks, collaborating with cross-functional engineering and product stakeholders, and championing agile methodologies. You will utilize enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to accelerate program planning, risk synthesis, and reporting while ensuring strict data sensitivity compliance. Key requirements include technical fluency, vendor management experience, and advanced analytical reasoning to break down operational objectives into actionable tasks. You will serve as a subject matter expert to develop operational plans and risk management strategies for infrastructure technology programs.
Develop and execute comprehensive project plans including technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines.
Use enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to accelerate program planning, risk synthesis, and executive updates.
Identify and mitigate project risks by proactively addressing roadblocks and implementing contingency plans.
Define program scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with engineering, product, and business stakeholders.
Promote reuse-first, AI-assisted practices for program governance and reporting with human review.
Use analytical reasoning to assess program performance and implement data-driven optimizations.
Champion the adoption of agile methodologies and technical solutions to foster continuous innovation.
What we're looking for
5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management leading complex technology projects in a large organization.
Advanced expertise in stakeholder management to establish productive relationships and influence decision-making across cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities for program management workflows with strong validation habits and data sensitivity awareness.
Advanced experience in technical fluency, including knowledge of vendor products and managing vendor relations.
Proven track record of managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Proficiency in applying analytical reasoning and problem-solving techniques to break down business, technical, or operational objectives into actionable tasks.
Lead technical program management experience in a very large and complex financial services environment (preferred).
