The Lead Technical Program Manager- Chief of Staff joins the Product Management Business Enablement and Transformation team within the Core and Foundational Platforms organization. This role serves as a trusted partner to the PM domain leader, balancing operational strategies with thematic feedback to drive execution across a global engineering-led infrastructure organization. Key responsibilities include managing the Book of Work to align engineering teams with OKRs, overseeing resource management, tracking financials, and leading talent management sessions. The position requires utilizing enterprise-authorized AI capabilities for program planning, risk synthesis, and reporting. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint while applying skills in portfolio management, organizational change management, and data analysis. The role solves complex problems by refining ambiguous information into clear action plans and coordinated outcomes for platform domain stakeholders.
Act as a trusted partner to the PM domain leader by providing thematic feedback and balancing operational strategies.
Prepare the domain leader for high-stakes sessions and business reviews through due diligence and storytelling.
Align the engineering Book of Work with OKRs and track deliverables against an integrated roadmap.
Use enterprise AI tools to accelerate program planning, risk synthesis, and the creation of executive updates.
Manage resources, headcount, and financials to ensure alignment with the budget and firmwide guidance.
Create and maintain cadenced processes to ensure consistent execution of deliverables and eliminate operational toil.
Prepare and deliver data-driven recommendations and supporting materials to facilitate executive decision-making.
Lead talent management sessions and promotion radar reviews in partnership with HR.
What we're looking for
6+ years of experience in program/project/technology management, consulting, operations, or a combination of these.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate and work with senior leaders.
Strong skills in Resource Management, Change Management, Portfolio Management, Conflict Resolution, Negotiation, Risk and Controls, and Partnership and Influence.
Experience refining complex and ambiguous information into meaningful content and clear action plans.
Ability to establish and build strong relationships and partnerships across cross-functional teams.
Ability to influence, organize, and direct people across various seniorities, teams, and departments.
Commitment to diversity, ethical, accountable, and transparent leadership.
