What you'll do

Lead complex initiatives and provide high-level systems consultation for technology teams.
Develop automation, tooling, and Infrastructure as Code to enable low-risk deployments.
Drive durable engineering remediations during high-severity incident triage and resolution.
Implement observability in software using metrics, logging, tracing, and monitoring platforms.
Build and operate cloud-native platforms and runtimes, deploying services in production.
Mentor engineers, lead sprint execution, and influence technical direction within the team.

What we're looking for

5+ years of experience in software engineering with ownership of production services.
Strong programming skills in C#, Python, SQL, and ability to debug complex issues.
Experience developing automation tools and using Infrastructure as Code practices.
Proficiency with modern SDLC practices including code reviews and CI/CD pipelines.
Software team leadership experience, mentoring engineers, and driving delivery through ambiguity.
Hands-on experience implementing observability in software and using monitoring platforms.
