What you'll do

Execute Capacity Governance control activities to ensure compliance with enterprise requirements.
Manage capacity breach lifecycle, including identification, escalation, tracking, and remediation.
Drive continuous improvement by identifying automation opportunities within Capacity processes.
Lead onboarding of infrastructure products into Capacity Governance Frameworks across teams.
Ensure accuracy and consistency in capacity reporting governance for monitoring and decision-making.

What we're looking for

5+ years of IT Capacity Management, Planning, Design Optimization, Forecasting, and Reporting experience
5+ years in IT Service Delivery Interface including System Monitoring, Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Configuration, and Availability Management
5+ years technical experience with IT Infrastructure Operations (Database, Middleware, Network, OS, Servers, Storage)
Experience executing control activities within capacity governance or infrastructure governance environments
Proven ability to lead cross-functional onboarding efforts across product teams and influence management on solutions
