What you'll do
Lead or participate in managing complex application upgrades and vulnerability remediation efforts within the Systems Operations area.
Contribute to increasing system efficiencies by automating platform activities to reduce human intervention time.
Act independently as a liaison for the platform team, handling daily inquiries, problem management, and escalations.
Recommend solutions to resolve technical issues and ensure high levels of systems and infrastructure availability.
Collaborate with peers, managers, vendors, and other technical personnel to achieve highest levels of system reliability.
What we're looking for
4+ years of systems engineering or technology architecture experience
4+ years of application production support experience
4+ years of monitoring tools support for Java/.NET cloud platforms
4+ years of automation experience using PowerShell, Bash, or Python
4+ years of experience with Web, Application, Database, and Server technologies
Experience with Autosys and Splunk
Knowledge of technology production support in high availability environments
