  • Provide hands-on system instruction and performance-based training to operators and mission support staff.
  • Assess training effectiveness through student feedback and performance indicators to implement continuous curriculum improvements.
  • Update training products based on software updates, hardware changes, and evolving mission requirements.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert during technical meetings, exercise planning, and system integration activities.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree and 9 years of experience, a graduate degree and 7 years of experience, or 13 years of experience without a degree.
  • Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance with SAP eligibility.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience applying Instructional Systems Design (ISD) methodologies like ADDIE or DoD/USSF processes to technical training programs.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in space operations, LEOPS, satellite command and control, or related aerospace/defense operations.
  • Completion of an accredited military or civilian instructor course, curriculum development course, or equivalent formal instructional certification (preferred).
