What you'll do

Translate law enforcement mission requirements into system-level designs and testable requirements in AWS Cloud environments.
Lead end-to-end design, integration, and verification of mission-critical capabilities across cloud and on-premise systems.
Develop and maintain core engineering artifacts including requirements, traceability matrices, specifications, and configuration baselines.
Execute complex system-level testing for functionality, performance, interoperability, and security compliance.
Ensure all system architectures comply with federal security frameworks such as NIST 800-53 and FedRAMP.
Resolve multi-system integration issues and manage the transition of systems into production operations.
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior engineers while coordinating infrastructure and software projects.

What we're looking for

U.S. Citizenship is required.
Must possess an active Secret clearance and be able to obtain a Top Secret clearance.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a technical field (or equivalent).
10+ years of related experience.
Experience in AWS Cloud for government environments, including hybrid cloud/on-prem integration.
Expertise in requirements analysis, system design, integration planning, and V&V.
Familiarity with NIST 800-53, FedRAMP, and DOJ policies.
Experience with law enforcement workflows or DevSecOps (preferred).
