What you'll do

Apply advanced statistical techniques to meet program needs and support overall program execution.
Promote the application of reliability and system safety principles throughout the enterprise.
Provide technical expertise and mentorship to less experienced statisticians across various programs.
Lead technical reviews of statistical analysis products and support failure investigations.
Document work in digital systems and present results to diverse audiences, including customers and industry experts.
Create training materials on cutting-edge advanced statistical processes.
Lead proposal efforts and identify discipline initiatives and coordination meetings.
Obtain and maintain a US Level security clearance.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience.
Graduate Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience.
Minimum of 13 years of prior related experience in lieu of a degree.
Ability to obtain a US LEVEL security clearance.
Master's degree in Statistics (preferred).
Experience with statistical software packages such as Minitab, SAS, JMP, @Risk, R, Python, and/or others (preferred).
Technical writing skills (preferred).
U.S. citizens.
