Lead Solutions Analyst, Product & Data Management

What you'll do

• Lead the elicitation, documentation, and validation of business and data flow requirements.
• Use enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to accelerate requirements synthesis and solution optioning.
• Model the design and implementation of technical solutions for seamless system integration.
• Utilize advanced data analytics to extract insights from large datasets for data-informed decision-making.
• Provide strategic guidance on industry trends and emerging technologies for complex projects.
• Mentor team members in technical writing, analytical reasoning, and reuse-first documentation practices.
• Promote AI-assisted analysis practices while ensuring human review and alignment with delivery standards.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of experience in solutions analysis, technical program delivery, or a related field.
• Strong product management experience in data management or telemetry.
• Strong knowledge of Splunk, telemetry solutions, and data movement technologies.
• Experience with agile methodologies and product development processes.
• Demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities for solutions analysis with strong validation habits and data sensitivity awareness.
• Advanced knowledge of data analytics techniques, including developing models, diagrams, and data-driven insights with data visualization.
• Excellent customer management and communication skills.
• Strong track record of leading through change, navigating ambiguity, and managing dependencies in complex projects.
• Advanced expertise in Splunk and telemetry tools (preferred).
• Experience in financial services or large enterprise environments (preferred).
