What you'll do

Provide technical leadership for C/C++ development of GPS and related equipment.
Integrate and debug embedded software on target hardware to meet performance requirements.
Lead the interpretation of customer specifications to define software design requirements.
Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to the software development team.
Manage documentation efforts to communicate design concepts and demonstrate requirement compliance.
Lead new programs from conceptual design through detailed design to completion.
Perform incremental modification, analysis, and testing of legacy software solutions.
Contribute to external proposals and customer engagement efforts as needed.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent and minimum 9 years of relevant real-time embedded software experience.
Master of Science or advanced degree preferred with a minimum of 7 years of related experience.
Minimum of 13 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
5+ years of experience in the development or analysis of navigation capabilities of GPS systems.
5+ years of experience as a team lead, technical lead, and/or subject matter expert for an embedded software development project.
5+ years of experience as a technical contributor working with DoD / DoW customers or subcontractors.
Ability to obtain a SECRET clearance.
U.S. citizens.
