Lead Software Engineer - Senior Full-stack Developer

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and deliver full-stack software solutions using Angular, Node.js, and TypeScript.
• Lead the US regional team to ensure consistent delivery aligned with global engineering standards.
• Set clear priorities and hold the regional team accountable for meeting project commitments.
• Provide structured updates to global stakeholders regarding regional progress, risks, and blockers.
• Develop secure production code and perform peer code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
• Champion and implement AI-assisted development tools to improve team productivity and code quality.
• Identify and automate the remediation of recurring issues to improve operational stability.
• Partner with managers to align regional delivery with the broader product roadmap and sprint planning.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, or related disciplines.
• Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and 5+ years of applied experience delivering production software.
• Hands-on practical experience across the full Software Development Life Cycle, including system design, application development, testing, CI/CD pipelines, and operational support.
• Proven experience in frontend development with Angular, including state management and testing with Testing Library.
• Proven experience building RESTful APIs with Node.js and TypeScript, including writing and maintaining unit, functional, and integration tests.
• Demonstrated experience leading or coordinating the work of other developers with accountability for delivery consistency and quality.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders and translate business requirements into actionable technical plans.
• Experience with relational databases such as MySQL or similar.
